To maintain growth Wapro is now seeking a dynamic and competitive Territory Sales Manager for the UK that thrives in a rapidly evolving business. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving their ambitious expansion and revenue objectives by working hand in hand with all parts of the sales chain.

Core functions:

• Primarily conducting municipal based project sales

• Understanding customer applications and provide solutions to their challenges

• Creating sales opportunities and follow through to specification and purchase

• Conducting technical presentations to end users and consulting engineers

• Living and breathing the 'Wapro Way' - including possessing a solution-oriented approach that focuses on delivering value to customers

• Being a central part in embedding Wapro’s presence in the UK

 

Responsibilities:

• Actively visiting and presenting Wapro solutions to Municipalities and Consulting Engineers

• Understand customer needs and requirements through needs analysis

• Develop relationships, identify key players and generate interest for Wapro solutions

• Maintain and expand the current customer database through proactive sales activities

• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers

• Follow up on sales for the purpose of value re-enforcement and continued sales

• Reach potential customers through cold calling both in person and via telephone

• Provide excellent customer service in line with Wapro’s value proposition

• Support customers and existing local partners to facilitate sales growth by:

• responding to information requests

• sending requests for technical assistance to the parent company in Sweden

• providing quotes

• Set-up and attend industry tradeshows in order to showcase Wapro’s solutions across the UK

 

Skills & Requirements

Requirements:

• Proven sales experience

• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience

• Willingness to travel to major cities within the UK including overnight travel

• Valid UK driver’s license

• Commitment to work in the field and from a home office

• Applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK and hold any necessary visas or work permits required for the position. Proof of eligibility to work in the UK may be requested during the recruitment process

 

A Plus:

• Customer service orientated

• Excellent knowledge of Office 365 and preferably Zoho CRM or similar

• Proficient with corporate presentation material, and digital marketing tools

• Excellent verbal and written communications skills

• Strong listening and presentation skills

• Self-driven, self-motivated and high energy sales professional

• Able to build strong client relationships and dialogues

• An ability to prioritise, and have good time management and organisational skills

• You must be a person who embraces change, is hungry to learn and is willing to grow with the company
