Wapro Inc is a fast-growing subsidiary to the Swedish company, Wapro AB. Wapro AB has been in the storm and wastewater industry since 1988 and is known for their unique patented products for backflow flooding alleviation and flow control. Wapro AB products are sold in over 20 countries worldwide through cooperation with specially selected sales partners. 2015 Wapro Inc was founded in USA to grow the North American market. Business in USA has grown substantially since initial market penetration in 2010 and growth is accelerating rapidly.

To maintain growth Wapro Inc is now seeking an Territory Sales Manager based in New England region who is dynamic, competitive and can thrive in a rapidly evolving business. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious expansion and revenue objectives by working closely with all parts of the sales chain. You will also have the opportunity to be a part of the growth of the company and the roll will adapt to the growth of the company.

Your primary function will be to support the business growth in New England by Engage Customers, Understand the Customer, Fulfil Customers’ needs completely and Add Value.

This will be done by handling inbound enquiries from our primary customer, Consulting Engineers and End Users (Municipalities). Working together with our outside sales staff and our distributors in territories, or directly with the customer you’ll be expected to provide product information, suggest solutions for the customer based on our product range. You’ll also be providing pricing and delivery times and will help our customers solve their problems through the application of Wapro solutions.

You’ll have a close relationship with your colleagues in New Jersey, Orlando and Charleston as well as the team in Sweden. A close relationship is also important with our warehouse in Doral, FL. You’ll be working from a home office with the ability to visit the warehouse when required.

Trade shows are an important part of our sales activities and your roll would include planning and execution of tradeshows throughout the US.

· Processing quotes and orders

· Work together with sales staff

· Track shipments and warehouse stock

· Understanding customer needs and provide a solution by conducting a thorough needs analysis

· Quote and follow up quotations through to a sale

· Work closely with outside sales staff and management to learn the details of the company’s product lines, systems, processes, and tools.

· Keep management informed of all activity including opportunities and presentations to clients, communication of customer feedback on future developments, quoted, and booked sales.


· Order processing including confirmation to customers, follow-up on shipping/freight

· Invoicing customers and sourcing from parent company

· Quotations for incoming customers and follow-up quotations

· Passing qualified leads to outside sales staff or partners

· Support outside sales staff when required with quotations or follow up

· Maintain and update CRM system

· Follow up on sales for the purpose of value reinforcement and continued sales

· Customer support and service in-line with our value proposition

· Plan and execute industry tradeshows including some travel

· Some travel will be required domestically


· Proven inside value-added sales experience preferably in Wastewater/Stormwater industry

· You must be a person who embraces change, hungry to learn and is willing to grow with an international company.
